6 pieces of batten 120mm x 45mm x 15mm, 6 rectangles of thin ply wood 120mm x 190mm and another 6 pieces 45mm x 190mm (a wooden fruit or veggie box works well for these). You will also need gaffa (elephant) tape, insulation tape of 3 different colours, staples (and a staple gun), 6 pieces of suede or rubber 120mm x 45mm (and scissors to cut them out) and strong glue. You'll need a saw to cut the wood too - obviously!
