How to make a set of devil sticks

You will need: 3 pieces of doweling, an old inner tube, 2 reels of electical tape,a pair of scissors and a staple gun

3 sticks	An inner tube	Cut strips	Staple	Wind round
Bind the end.	Repeat x 3.	2 end pieces	Cut in 1/2	Cut to size
Cut fringe	Staple	Wind round	Staple again.	Bind the join
Decorate	Balance	Mark	Check	Try out.
