The best way is to ask a member of the Panic Circus Team when you are at an event and buy it on the spot. However if we haven't got what you need you can use the "order by post" system (see below).

To order by post you can print a copy of this order form (you will need to change your page setup to landscape to print the full width). Otherwise just send us the necessary details with a cheque which includes postage and packing to:
